This specialty variety, also known as our Omega Mushroom popcorn, is grown on our Nebraska family farm and loved for its ability to expand into sturdy “mushroom balls” that withstand coatings without breaking down. Every batch is Non-GMO, Star-K Kosher Certified, and naturally gluten-free — a wholesome, farm-fresh snack you can feel good about. For best results, pop using an air popper or stovetop with oil. (Microwaving is not recommended, as it can affect the mushroom shape.)

Bulk Bags (35 lb & 50 lb): After opening, transfer kernels to an airtight container to preserve freshness. Best within 2–3 years of harvest.

Quick Turnaround: We ship fresh from our farm on the Kansas/Nebraska border within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.
