After purchasing the Mushroom popcorn, I decided to try the Butterfly. I prefer the Mushroom for Caramel and Kettle Corn, and the Butterfly for traditional buttered popcorn. Should popcorn be kept in the freezer to keep it fresh?

After realizing microwave popcorn used Palm Oil and had a lot of saturated fat I've been shifting to using my Whirly Pop more on our stove. I've tried various kinds of kernels and I think after doing my research the larger size butterfly popcorn is the perfect one. So glad I can buy it from a great American farm.
