This specialty variety, also called our Alpha White Butterfly popcorn, is grown on our Nebraska family farm and delivers a lighter, more refined popcorn experience. Every batch is Non-GMO, Star-K Kosher Certified, and naturally gluten-free. What started in 2015 has grown from a passion project into Free Day Popcorn Company — but the heart of it hasn’t changed. Resealable Pouches (1 lb & 3 lb): Reseal after each use to keep kernels fresh. Best within 2–3 years of harvest.
Bulk Bags (35 lb & 50 lb): After opening, transfer kernels to an airtight container to preserve freshness. Best within 2–3 years of harvest.

Normally when you buy white popcorn kernels at the grocery store, it doesn't pop very well and do not fluff up. I was amazed at the popcorn from the Free Day Popcorn Company, and not only does it taste good, but it fluffs up. So buy some of this good non-gmo popcorn.

Good popcorn
Popcorn has been a part of our lives for, well, how old are we? The Iowa great grandmother made good use of popcorn for Christmas popcorn balls and frequent buttered popcorn for watching TV in the den. We’ve enjoyed popping these ears. Other than the first time I received one I read the instructions carefully and it stated that I could put it directly in the microwave or put it in a bag to pop it. My bag was a little too small and when it was done popping I opened the door and a lot spilled onto the range below and also in the microwave. But, it was exciting especially for the young ones. Thank you!
