In honor of World Chocolate Day, we’re sharing one of our favorite no-fuss, crowd-pleasing snacks: Chocolate Popcorn Bark! It’s crunchy, chocolatey, and just the right amount of salty-sweet. Plus, it comes together in minutes—no fancy tools or oven needed.

Whether you're celebrating with kids, friends, or just treating yourself (no judgment here!), this recipe is sure to become a staple.

🥣 What You’ll Need

• 4 cups popped Free Day Popcorn (white, yellow or mushroom all work great!)

• 8 oz chocolate chips – semi-sweet, dark, milk, or white chocolate

• Optional toppings:

  • Sea salt (for that perfect sweet-salty bite)

  • Chopped nuts (like almonds or pecans)

  • Mini marshmallows or sprinkles for fun

  • Crushed pretzels (or crushed cookies!) for extra crunch

  • Even crushed candy canes for a holiday version!

How to Make It

1. Pop the popcorn and set aside 4 cups (try not to eat it all yet—we know it’s tempting).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Spread the popcorn in an even layer on the sheet.

4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
