Often called “hull-less,” the outer kernel shatters more completely when popped — leaving fewer bits to get stuck in your teeth. This specialty variety, also called our Alpha White Butterfly popcorn, is grown on our Nebraska family farm and delivers a lighter, more refined popcorn experience. Every batch is Non-GMO, Star-K Kosher Certified, and naturally gluten-free. 1st Purchase of Butterfly Popcorn

After purchasing the Mushroom popcorn, I decided to try the Butterfly. I prefer the Mushroom for Caramel and Kettle Corn, and the Butterfly for traditional buttered popcorn. Should popcorn be kept in the freezer to keep it fresh?

As for storage, no freezer needed! Simply keep your popcorn in a cool, dry place with the bag sealed tightly between uses. High Quality Popcorn!

After realizing microwave popcorn used Palm Oil and had a lot of saturated fat I've been shifting to using my Whirly Pop more on our stove. I've tried various kinds of kernels and I think after doing my research the larger size butterfly popcorn is the perfect one. So glad I can buy it from a great American farm.
