Popping Ears™ are back, hand-picked and ready for a limited time! Enjoy a unique popcorn experience by popping it directly on the ear it grew on. Each ear is harvested fresh from our family farm in rural Nebraska, individually vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness, and packaged with care by our daughters—our young entrepreneurs.
What Makes Popping Ears™ Special? Pop your popcorn right on the cob in the microwave (with or without a brown paper bag) for an unforgettable snack experience. It’s a fun science experiment for kids and a great treat for all ages. You can also shell the kernels from the cob and pop them on the stove, in an air popper, or however you like best.

Each order contains one (1) vacuum-sealed Popping Ear, which provides an individual serving. For a more tender pop, we recommend shelling the kernels and using a stovetop, air popper, or microwave.
Storage and Shelf Life: Store in a cool, dry place. Popping Ears™ are best enjoyed within 12 months of purchase for optimal freshness.
2024 Harvest – Hand-Picked by Our Family This year’s harvest was picked with care by our daughters, with a little help from Dad! Each Popping Ear is packaged by hand, and your purchase supports our family and young entrepreneurs.
Popping Instructions:
- Remove the Popping Ear from the packaging.
- Place in a clean microwave for about 2 minutes.
- Watch as the kernels heat up and pop off the cob! (Remove when popping slows to avoid burning.)
