How to Pop with Sunflower Oil (Stovetop)

1. Add 2–3 tablespoons of sunflower oil to a large pot over medium heat

2. Drop in 2–3 test kernels and cover

3. Once they pop, add ½ cup popcorn kernels and shake to coat

4. Cover and gently shake the pot as the popcorn pops

5. When popping slows, remove from heat

6. Finish with butter or oil and your favorite seasoning

Tip: Sunflower oil has a high smoke point, so it heats evenly and helps you get more consistent pops with great texture 🍿
